Participants work on real problems, receive accompanying coaching and can certify the Green Belt via their own project, a project review or a structured case study.
Four levels.
From beginner to expert.
Each belt level builds on the previous one. Participants can enter where it matches their role and experience.
Yellow Belt
Foundations of lean methods and the DMAIC process. Participants support projects with a sound methodology and identify improvement potential in their own area of work.
Green Belt
Full DMAIC competence with statistical foundations. Participants lead their own improvement projects and can obtain ISO-compliant certification on request.
Black Belt
Advanced statistical methods, multi-project governance and change management. Participants lead strategic engagements and coach Green Belts.
Master Black Belt
Highest qualification level. Participants develop enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma strategies, train Black Belts and oversee the portfolio level.
