Your benefits
The target of the simulation is, that the participants working in teams reduce the credit processing time from 20 to 2 days while ensuring an error-free quality. The participants can gain the experience that they can achieve tremendous improvements on their own without the use of IT. In two or three sessions the existing process of a credit factory will be optimized. In between the sessions the participants get to know selected Lean Six Sigma tools which they will apply later on their own.
In the end all participants were thrilled about what they achieved with regards to process innovation and optimization (processing time, costs, and quality).
