Maturity Assessment

The fitness check on your processes

The procise maturity assessment is based on the industry standards CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and PMF (Process Maturity Framework). It displays your initial situation in relation to your process maturity.

Weaknesses are identified on the basis of the "fitness status" of these processes and a meaningful need to increase process maturity is derived systematically. We then provide you with the results of maturity measurement in the form of the procise maturity radar.

The assessment is based on a multi-level approach (identification of process maturity at the management and staff level). This provides a reflective image of the actual process maturity that is not based solely on management's assessment.

Because the assessment of maturity is shown by the same evaluation system for each process, the results can be compared. The benchmark for the "best" process can then be used to develop potential for improvement.

The 5 phases of Maturity Assessment

1. Initialization

During this phase, we work with you to determine the scope of the assessment. We agree on whether the assessment should be executed for a single process or for an entire process framework. Then, together with you, we decide who will do the interviews.

2. Data acquisition

The data collection phase mainly serves as a way of cunducting and subsequently preparing the interviews. In addition, existing process documentation artifacts are spotted. Structured interviews ensure that the determination of process maturity is measured not only in terms of the extent of documentation. The intrinsic focus, for instance, the attitude of the employees involved, is also included in the data collected.

3. Data analysis

During this phase, the database is examined for its completeness, plausibility and accuracy. On the basis of the database that has been shown to be accurate, we determine the current process maturity and document your individual results in a condensed form (status quo).

4. Presentation of Results

As part of our presentation of the results, we share and explain the results obtained. Then, the individual recommendations made to your company will be discussed. At the same time, we will present you with a possible roadmap for the implementation of improvement measures.

5. Documentation of results

Finally, all of the relevant documents for the assessment are consolidated and handed over to you as one final compact document.
