To consult our customers successfully and sustainably, we are seeking to hire motivated employees with experience in strategy consulting, process design and business process optimization.
You have experience working in a consultancy environment and different industry sectors. You possess a high level of leadership experience, are able to develop innovative strategies for our customers and can support them with the implementation of new processes. The acquisition of new customers and developing new procise products will also be tasks you can confidently complete.
We seek new colleagues with a persuasive personality, demonstrable initiative and high customer orientation. Given the nature of our business, you will have fluent English and German language skills, be flexible, committed and continually ready to increase your knowledge and experience. You have excellent project management skills and deliver high quality work. You enjoy working in international teams and adapt well to cultural differences.
We are primarily looking for new colleagues to work on a permanent basis but we are also looking for freelancers to support us with individual projects.
