Due to the prospective implementation of the Shared Service Center, our client is in the process of realigning itself and implementing key service management processes to manage hundreds of applications used by the business.
The roles encompasses:
Organisation & People
Analysis of the current as-is state of the client´s division, identifying roles and responsibilities and underlying support processes and the transformation into the new Shared Service Center structure
Processes
Establishment of up to 14 ITIL v3 processes within the new Shared Service Center structure
Applications
Assessment of the existing bank applications (e.g. workflow, objectives, support, characteristics) and onboarding them on the new organizational structure and IT Service Management processes
Specific Requirements for each role:
Organisation & People
- Practical experience and proven track record in the establishment of Shared Service Center
- Project Management skills (including certification in PRINCE2 and/or Project Management Professional PMP) and experience in a matrix environment
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
Processes
- Knowledge of, and practical experience in, IT Service Management (e.g. Problem, Change, Capacity, Release & Deployment and Incident Management)
- Project Management skills (including certification in PRINCE2 and/or Project Management Professional PMP) and experience in a matrix environment
- Certification as ITIL v3 Expert
Applications
- Practical experience in application support and development of typical banking applications
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the banking industry with application focus
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
General requirements
- Over 10 years IT-Project Management experience, preferably in a Banking or Consultancy environment
- Well founded experience in at least one of the above mentioned roles
- Analytical and structured approach
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in both English and German (mandatory)
- Willingness to work abroad some days every week
