Due to the prospective implementation of the Shared Service Center, our client is in the process of realigning itself and implementing key service management processes to manage hundreds of applications used by the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of standardized Change Management processes and their integration into the existing tool architecture
- Design and development of associated process documentation and procedures
- Coaching, training and support of employees confronted with new implemented processes (incl. Risk Assessment and Standard Change Templates)
- Executing workshops in a multi cultural environment
Specific requirements:
- Practical experience and proven track record in the standardization of IT Service Management processes (e.g. Change Management)
- Cooperation with other organisations supporting and stabilizing the IT production (Application and Infrastructure support units)
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
General requirements:
- Over 5 years IT Service Management experience, preferably in a Banking or Consultancy environment
- Ability to interact successfully with a global team in multiple time zones
- Analytical and structured approach
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in both English and German (mandatory)
- Willingness to work abroad some days every week
