As an experienced Lean Six Sigma Expert, you are supporting our customers from sustainable process improvement projects up to the implementation of corporate wide business excellence transformation programs. This includes Lean Management as well as Six Sigma and Change Management methods. You have fun in knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You are an excellent facilitator and project manager, with proven communication skills up to executive level.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently lead projects within our client's business excellence programs
- Conduct forward looking Lean and Six Sigma projects for our clients
- Provide our clients with Management advice, particularly in developing a strategy for the coming years
- Develop and execute Lea Six Sigma trainings up to Black Belt level
- Take on responsibility for projects and employees
- Develop consulting products
- Support marketing activities to attract new customers
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your (engineering) studies
- You are a certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt with at least 5 years project experience
- You have practical experiences in industry sectors like financial services, telecom, media or transportation
- You are a proven trainer, coach and project leader
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience, leadership experience and well developed social skills
- Your excellent English and German knowledge skill is completing your profile
